KalmarSalen includes premises for both large and small groups, from 10 to 850 people.

Besides Roman Hall with its 850 seats, the complex contains suitable premesis for all ancillary arrangements, such as a press centre, cafeteria, rest rooms, an exhibition hall, an administrative office and conference rooms. In addition to normal conference equipment, the regular technical equipment includes facilities for simultaneous interpreting, closecircuit TV and radio, video documentation and giant-screen TV. In charge of organisational matters are an efficient administrative office and congress secretariat. Here, we provide assistance with everything relating to the arrangements - and more.
KalmarSalen is not merely a complex for major events. It also includes premises and service facilities for small meetings and conferences. Kalmar Hall includes a total of 10 conference rooms of varying size. The largest conference room - The Glass Verandah - can accomodate up to 300 people but be partioned, if necessary into smaller units.
